The Engineering Production Center LLC has been successfully operating in the rock-cutting tool (RCT) production and repair market for over six years. Our team includes highly qualified specialists, including former Baker Hughes PDC Bits division managers, who have over 20 years of experience in this field. Thanks to the professionalism and competence of our employees, we provide the highest quality products and services that meet the requirements of the oilfield service and drilling industry.
We actively cooperate with leading oilfield service and drilling companies, having accumulated extensive experience in the production and repair of RCT, which is in demand in various regions of the Russian Federation. Our projects are successfully implemented in the Saratov and Samara regions, the republics of Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Komi and Yakutia, Perm Krai, as well as in the Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs.
The production capacity of our enterprise allows us to repair and manufacture up to 70-80 bits per month. We are proud to provide our customers with products that contribute to a significant increase in drilling productivity. Thus, at the facilities of PJSC Lukoil with our bit support, the actual mechanical drilling speed exceeded the planned one by 14%: with a planned speed of 43.54 m/h, the actual figure was 50.52 m/h.
The results in 2023 were especially impressive at the sites of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, where record penetration rates were achieved in conditions of working with medium-hard rocks:
- Bit Ø15 1/2″ DBS 419 S097, well 26P of the Aprelskoye field, the penetration was 43 m, the average penetration rate (APR) per section was 107.5 m/h.
- Bit Ø11 5/8″ DBS 519 S054, well 253P of the Sredne-Nazymskoye field, the penetration rate was 814 m, ROP per section - 203.5 m/h.
- Bit Ø8 11/16″ DBS 516 S107, well 26P of the Aprelskoye field, the penetration rate was 1802 m, ROP per section - 92.4 m/h.
